Thank you Ken. I always love getting comments from new readers, and I do hope you'll return. I check out the Trans Pacific Radio site whenever I can - you've got some good stuff posted on there.

Guy at the airport - Thanks for your comment once again. Interestingly enough, when you go to DPRK they don't actually stamp your passport - they stamp a separate form. This is because if you've been to DPRK, you can no longer travel to the USA, France or South Korea again. Told them I wasn't that bothered about being banned from any of those, but in the end I relented! Even worse is Israel - if your passport's stamped there you can hardly travel anywhere else in the Arab world.

So now my passport says I left China on June 4th 2005, and returned on June 10th, but I never actually arrived anywhere! A bit of reading between the lines might be necessary methinks!

Nice stuff and well written. I always like to see pics of the DPRK from people who have gone, so that was a good surprise...

Was that your cliff hanger straight at the beginning of the story? Well written as usual and it wets the appetite to visit!

Would one require a new passport with an axis of evil entry stamp for certain countries? Hehehe.
